Biography
Teresa Henderson, MS, CNP, FNP-BC graduated with a Bachelor in nursing from Columbia University in 2004. She continued her nursing education at University of Massachusetts, Boston earning her family nurse practitioner degree in 2023. Her nursing career has involved working in neurology, brain injury, pediatric home care, internal medicine, and mental health.
Ms. Henderson has been a member of McLean’s psychiatric neurotherapeutics nursing team since 2011. She became a nurse manager in the spring of 2018 and nurse director in the fall of 2024.
