Biography
Roan Bautista, MS, AGPCNP-BC, immigrated to the United States from the Philippines in 2006 to work as a registered nurse. She has extensive nursing experience from over 20 years working in different health care settings. She was certified in psychiatric and mental health nursing in 2016 and began her nursing career at McLean in 2017 as a staff nurse at the Alcohol, Drug, and Addiction Inpatient Program. She transitioned to the neurotherapeutics department in 2019 and became the permanent charge nurse at McLean’s Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation Clinic in 2021.
Since 2024, Ms. Bautista has been the program director at McLean’s Depression Residential Treatment Program at the Lincoln Residence, which provides both accelerated transcranial magnetic stimulation in a residential setting as well as onsite behavioral therapy for patients struggling with treatment-resistant depression and other mood disorders. She also works with internal medicine at McLean to provide medical care to outpatient and residential patients.
