Biography

Rebecca Schulman, LICSW, began her career working with individuals with autism spectrum disorders and their families. She developed an interest in providing individual and group therapy, family support, and advocating for the improvement of and access to social services. After training at the Klarman Eating Disorders Program at McLean Hospital, Ms. Schulman joined the Dissociative Disorders and Trauma Inpatient Program and became the lead clinical social worker. Currently, she is the director of admissions at The Pavilion.

Ms. Schulman’s clinical interests include the treatment of eating disorders and issues affecting survivors of trauma, including dissociative identity disorder. She has received training in dialectical behavior therapy and advanced clinical practice for adults. She is currently enrolled at the Boston Psychoanalytic Society. Ms. Schulman sits on McLean’s committee for inpatient social work administration and is a member of the social work Epic work group. She also provides training and supervision to licensed clinical social workers.
