Biography
John M. Beland, LICSW, is a clinical team manager at the Addiction Treatment Center at Naukeag. He has extensive clinical experience, including providing group and individual treatment to violent and non-violent offenders in the Massachusetts prison system, and to mandated and voluntary clients at New England Forensic Associates, Inc.
Mr. Beland’s clinical interests include addictions, trauma, mood disorders, self-injurious behaviors, anger management, sexually compulsive behaviors, grief issues, couples and families therapy, and treatment specific to correctional and law enforcement professionals. He also provides training and supervision to licensed clinical social workers.
